Because our products are digital content delivered electronically, refunds are generally not available once the guide has been delivered to your email. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your guide, please contact us at desk@coralwise.sg and we will resolve the matter promptly. If a guide contains materially inaccurate information, we will provide a corrected version or a refund at our discretion.
